HAROLD O.J. BROWN, PH.D.
Dr. Brown is currently Forman Professor of Theology and Ethics at Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois. He also serves as Professor of Theology and Human Rights in the summer program of the Simon Greenleaf School of Law at the Institut international des droits de l’homme in Strasbourg, France. Dr. Brown holds several degrees from Harvard University, including the Ph.D., and has held professorships in Basel, Switzerland and Yeotmal, India. His passion and concern for ethical issues led him to co-found the Christian Action Council with former U.S. Surgeon General C. Everett Koop, M.D. Dr. Brown possesses a rich and diverse background, having served as minister, editor, theologian, and author of numerous publications, including Death Before Birth and five other books.
PAIGE C. CUNNINGHAM, J.D.
Paige Cunningham, a summa cum laude graduate of Taylor University and honors graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, is the President of Americans United for Life. Chosen as one of Barrister’s “Twenty Young Lawyers Making A Difference” and admitted to the U.S. and Illinois Supreme Court Bars, Ms. Cunningham has taken an active interest in abortion and related issues throughout her career. She has authored numerous publications on such topics and has presented testimony on these issues before various legislative committees, including the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and the U.S. House Subcommittee on Civil and Constitutional Rights. She frequently appears on radio and television, recently appearing the same day on Prime Time America, National Public Radio, CNN, and C-SPAN.
