Haley French, PhD, LPC, is an Assistant Professor of Professional Counseling in the graduate counseling program at Oral Roberts University (ORU) in Tulsa, OK. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Oklahoma and Colorado, with eight years of professional counseling experience. She holds a BA in Sacred Music from ORU, an MDiv from ORU, an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, and a PhD in Practical Theology from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.
She specializes in the area of integration studies between theology and counseling. Her research interests include the work of the Holy Spirit in the counseling process, the spiritual and theological formation of therapists, and Pentecostal and Charismatic theology and praxis in relation to mental health issues and counseling.
She is married to fellow ORU professor, Dr. Nathan French, and they have two young boys, Ezra and Boaz.
