
Berith Han is an alum of the TEDS MA in Bioethics program, class of 2024. She is currently continuing her education, pursuing an MSW at Columbia School of Social Work, with a specialization in multidimensional social work, working with both individuals and communities. Berith also obtained a Certificate of Professional Achievement from Columbia on Human Rights, focusing on international human rights. As an intern at Mount Sinai Hospital in the oncology department, she works on social work programming, reviewing patient data, and working toward community engagement. Her research interests include neurotechnology and other emerging tech, especially as it pertains to improving policy on emerging technologies in healthcare, such as the integration of neurotechnology and AI into medicine. She is also the daughter of TEDS alumni and is currently based in NYC, working and studying.
