PDF versionIn our burgeoning biotech century, new perils have sprung up that would appear to have come from science fiction novels: human cloning, genetic engineering, creation of human/animal chimeras, transhumanism.
The Center for Bioethics & Human Dignity exists to counter this trend by promoting human dignity as the foundational principle in distinguishing what we should and should not pursue in matters of life and health. CBHD seeks to help individuals and organizations address these pressing bioethical challenges of our day, as well as issues of healthcare allocation, neuroethics, end-of-life treatment, genetic intervention, euthanasia and assisted suicide, and reproductive technologies.

The staff and fellows of CBHD are available to provide moral perspectives on these vital issues.
